A brief phone or video call to connect, discuss what you’re looking for, and ensure we’re a good fit before starting therapy.
Virtual Parent/Guardian Check-In
A space for parents and guardians to receive general progress updates, discuss goals, and collaborate on strategies to support their child at home. Sessions respect the child’s privacy and follow Ontario’s PHIPA guidelines.
In-Person and Virtual Parent/Guardian Coaching
Support for parents and guardians navigating parenting challenges, communication, emotion regulation, boundaries, and family dynamics. Sessions are practical, collaborative, and goal-focused.
In-Person and Virtual Psychotherapy
For children, teens, and adults. Individual therapy focused on emotional well-being, coping skills, life transitions, stress, anxiety, relationships, and more.
Walk and Talk Therapy
Therapy sessions held outdoors while walking at a comfortable pace. A more informal, movement-based option for teens and adults who prefer a non-traditional setting.
